Shipping And Handling We offer delivery services to UK Mainland, Off Shore UK Mainland, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands. For all other areas please contact our Export Sales Department.Please ensure you specify the OFF SHORE UK MAINLAND, NORTHERN IRELAND, OR CHANNEL ISLANDS band if you require delivery to these areas.The following delivery services are available:UK Mainland:Parcels of low weights or value are normally dispatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery next working day.Parcel over 1kg or of a value of £50 or more are dispatched by TNT next working day.Please specify TNT next working day before noon for urgent orders.Off Shore, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands:Parcels up to 10kg - Royal Mail Special Delivery, next working day is recommended. (Some limitations on delivery areas apply).TNT next day service. (Some limitations on delivery areas apply). You may specify this delivery service for parcels of less than 10kg if you wish.For Saturday AM deliveries please contact the factory to confirm availability.Delivery charges are added to the final invoice and are based on delivery area, parcel weight and service required.The delivery address must have a person able to sign for parcels as they are delivered.
Delivery Schedule Spare part orders will usually be processed within 48 hours. VOR (vehicle off road) orders if requested will be processed the same day if at all possible. Light bar and other product that requires some customisation, (such as the addition of alley lights etc.) will usually be shipped within 10 working days. If your order is urgent please contact our Sale Department on 02476 841750 quoting your order reference number and we will advise you on estimated delivery times.We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales quoted, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. Woodway Engineering Ltd shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within the estimated timescales. Woodway Engineering Ltd accept no responsibility for late delivery by any carrier.Risk in GoodsThe risk in all goods shall pass to the Purchaser on delivery of the goods to the Purchaser.Damage or ShortageDamage or shortage of goods discovered on delivery must be notified to Woodway Engineering Ltd by e-mail to sales@woodway-online.co.uk within five working days. Any claims for damage or shortages, which are not notified within this time, shall not be accepted by Woodway Engineering Ltd.

Tax Charges All prices and charges shown on this website are in UK Pounds Sterling and are exclusive of VAT which will be charged at the current rate where applicable. We reserve the right to amend prices without prior notice.Customers exempt from VAT must provide a VAT exemption certificate and a written order otherwise VAT will be charged and cannot be refunded.
Guarantee All goods are covered by our warranty as detailed below: USER DIRECT WARRANTYWoodway Engineering Ltd, warrants products of its manufacture against defects in material and workmanship. This is providing that the product has been installed and operated in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations. During the warranty period the Factory Repair Centre will repair or replace (at its option) any parts or electronic assemblies of the unit which disclose a defect in material or workmanship. The Repair Centre will return the repaired unit, transportation cost prepaid.This warranty is not applicable to any Woodway product that has failed due to abuse, misuse (including lack of maintenance as described in service manuals), improper installation, excessive voltages, or alterations to the product that affects, in the manufacturer's judgement, intended use and service. Woodway will not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, and assumes no responsibility or liability for expense incurred in the removal and/or re-installation of products requiring service and/or repair, nor the handling of products returned from the Repair Centre after service or repair.Incandescent and halogen bulbs, polycarbonate/plastic materials are not covered by this warranty. This warranty will be void when using or substituting other than all-genuine Woodway system components such as remote head assemblies, xenon flash tubes, or shielded cable. HDP / 5 Year Warranty (Heavy Duty Professional).The Woodway sealed Light bar 'EB6', 'EB4', LFL, (Edge, Edge ULTRA & LFL) Strobe Power Supplies bearing the official HDP label (Heavy Duty Professional) are manufactured to HDP standards and are covered by a direct warranty for up to 5 years from the date of manufacture. In accordance with the policy statement described herein, the unit may be returned directly to the factory for warranty consideration.Automotive Sirens, Non Light bar Strobe Power Supplies and LED Products, bearing the official HDP label and manufactured to HDP standards are covered by a direct warranty for up to 5 years from date of manufacture. LED products will be warranted when 10% or more of the total LED's within the complete product or device no longer illuminate properly. In accordance with the policy statement described herein, the unit may be returned directly to the factory for warranty consideration. 3 Year WarrantyHeavy duty motor assemblies (Centurion Light Bar) are covered by a direct warranty for up to three years from date of manufacture.In accordance with the policy statement described herein, the unit may be returned directly to the factory for warranty consideration. 2 Year WarrantyWoodway products are covered by a direct warranty for up to two years from date of purchase (ormaximum 3 years from date of manufacture).In accordance with the policy statement described herein, the unit may be returned directly to the factory for warranty consideration. 12 Month Warranty - XENON FLASH TUBES(Except Flash Tubes from 1000/2000/3000 & VP Series which are covered by a 6 month warranty).If a Xenon flash tube component of a Woodway product is returned to Woodway within 12 months from the date affixed to the tube, Woodway will replace that tube ONE TIME ONLY.100W Speaker Drivers are covered by a direct warranty for one year from date of purchase.

Returns Policy You have a right to cancel any contract within 7 workings days without giving any reason. The 7 working days will start the day after receipt of the goods. The cancellation notice should be sent by e-mail to sales@woodway-online.co.uk. You must state your name, company, a description of the goods concerned and the contract number of the cancelled contract.You must take reasonable care of the goods in your possession pending their return to Woodway Engineering Ltd. Woodway Engineering Ltd will only accept the returned goods in their original packing and which do not exhibit signs of wear or tear. Any use of the delivered goods beyond that necessary to inspect the goods on delivery will invalidate your right to cancel the contract.Where Woodway Engineering Ltd have supplied goods to you, these goods must be returned to Woodway Engineering Ltd., Lower Road, Barnacle, Coventry, CV7 9LD. The cost of returning the goods is non-refundable and where Woodway Engineering Ltd collects goods the direct cost of such will be deducted from the refund.Once notice of your cancellation has been received and we are in possession of the returned goods, Woodway Engineering Ltd will make a refund on the contract price. A refund will not be issued for the return of Goods which in the opinion of Woodway Engineering Ltd are in an unsaleable condition.
